Courtney Barber, MHC
Courtney Barber is a trauma-informed mental health counselor, health writer, and wellness educator. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor’s degree in health arts, both from Goddard College. Courtney has written for publications such as Health Digest, ADDitude Magazine, and the Daily Meal. As a clinician, she works in private practice in the Albany, New York, area and serves as a Group Facilitator at Charlie Health. Additionally, Courtney founded Belladonna Wellness and serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at myrosalie.com, a behavioral health administrator for labor unions and professional associations.
