Eliza Siegel

Eliza Siegel is a Staff Writer at Stacker, where they cover topics ranging from reproductive rights issues to education and culture. Originally from upstate New York, Eliza studied American Studies at Barnard College of Columbia University. They are the recipient of the 2020 John Demos Prize in American Studies and the 2020 Women and Gender Studies Award administered by Columbia University’s Institute for Research on Women, Gender, and Sexuality. Their work has appeared in Hudson Valley One, Transitions Online, The Rational, Voices and Visions Journal, and elsewhere. They currently reside in Brooklyn.
