Our Clinical Case Study Competition allows all graduate students in license-eligible master’s programs, or early career clinicians who have graduated from a license-eligible master’s program within the past five years, to showcase how they would approach treating a complex case with compassion and care.

Everything you need to know about the case study competition
What does the competition entail?
Charlie Health’s Clinical Competency Competition includes a comprehensive but complex client case that you will write a treatment plan for.
We will begin accepting applications on September 1st; submissions are due by 11:59 pm ET on November 1st.
How do I enter the competition?
You can download the prompt at the link above or in the “Apply now” form to get started with your application.
Applicants should compose a comprehensive treatment plan for a complex client case.
Please limit your application to 1,000 words or less.
Who is eligible to participate?
The following groups are eligible (and encouraged!) to apply:
- Graduate students enrolled in a license-eligible master’s program (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- All licensed clinicians who completed their master’s program within the past 5 years
What is the prize?
The winner of our Clinical Competency Competition will receive an award of $1,000.
The winner will also have the opportunity to be featured on our website & social media profiles!
How will the winner be chosen?
Our Clinical Leadership Team will review all submissions and select a winner through the lens of Charlie Health’s leading best practices and clinical expertise.
When will the winner be notified?
The winner of the Clinical Competency Competition will be chosen and notified by December 1st.
