Virtual Treatment for Adults at Charlie Health

Specialized care for adults

Charlie Health offers dedicated programming, including our virtual IOP, for adults ages 18–64 who are facing urgent or ongoing behavioral health challenges. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of college, managing career and family responsibilities, or coping with the complexities of midlife, our care model is built to meet your unique needs. Treatment includes individual therapy, family therapy, and small, age-specific group sessions led by licensed clinicians experienced in working with adults. Groups are thoughtfully organized by life stage, so you’ll connect with peers who understand your challenges—not people decades older or younger. Compared to traditional once-weekly therapy, this program provides more structure and support, all delivered virtually so you can maintain your daily responsibilities while prioritizing your wellbeing.

The goal is to help adults stabilize during difficult times, learn effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build resilience for long-term healing.

“The group sessions changed my life.”

The group sessions changed my life. I made connections with people who understood, empathized, and gave amazing support. I have gained lifelong friends who will always be there for me and each other, no matter what the problem, crisis, or aggravation may be.

“Charlie Health was an amazing program that helped me rediscover myself”

When I was going through my divorce, I had reached an ultimate low. Charlie Health was an amazing program that helped me rediscover myself and find a community of people who were there to support me as I went through my healing journey. The virtual option was amazing because I was able to meet people across the country and do it all from the comfort of my own home. I don’t know where I’d be without Charlie Health.
