In their words

What our families & alumni are saying

“Being in an environment where I could open up with no guards, meant the world to me.”

As someone who struggled silently for so many years, coming to Charlie Health and meeting so many others going through things I had, and being in an environment where I could open up with no guards, meant the world to me. I can say that there’s been a lot of change in my perspective and awareness of my mental health that I couldn’t have imagined without it.

—Arman Acevedo S.

“Now, as I leave, I feel as though I can function in life and maybe even thrive.”

When I started CH, it was week 8 and I was lost. I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed help and I couldn’t survive without it. Charlie Health introduced me to a group of people who are now my family, and I know we will always be connected. Because of that, I grew through the groups, learning coping mechanisms, breathing exercises, and even EMDR! This has brought me out of myself and helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now, as I leave, I feel as though I can function in life and maybe even thrive. I know I can do this, and I accredit that to Charlie Health!!

—Shannon B.

“My group sessions were the first group where I really felt heard.”

I truly benefited from my time here at Charlie Health. I made great connections. My group sessions were the first group where I really felt heard. The one-on-one therapy was truly unique and extremely appreciated. It made me take a deeper look into myself. I highly recommend Charlie Health; they are always willing to work with you.
