I had reached a point in my life where something had to give. I found Charlie Health through the military and was scared at first and wasn't sure it would help, but I am so happy I gave it a chance. My husband and immediate family have noticed a significant difference in my countenance and behaviors. I am lighter and happier. I can be faced with stress and not be overwhelmed by it. I will definitely be continuing treatment with a one on one because there is still healing to be done, but now I have a clean and healthy slate to begin handling my trauma.
