I was super skeptical of going into online therapy, specifically DBT, because I didn't think it would help compared to going to counseling/therapy in person. The group sessions were always very informative, and the Group Facilitators talked you through so much and answered as many questions as you had. They're very engaging and help you dive deeper into your mind to help you, help yourself mentally. The one-on-one sessions with my therapist were even better!
