The most important aspect of Charlie Health is how quickly I could access care and how forgiving the program is if you cannot commit the first time you enroll. If you can't, you can't, but you can always try again when ready. I cannot say the same thing about many mental health providers out there that have strong attendance policies that bar you from the entire practice if you do not comply.
