It took a near-fatal overdose to finally realize I needed help. I was optimistic about this program, but I didn’t care to open up or to hear other people's opinions at first. After week one, though, I had my first break through because I finally admitted that I wear a mask to cover my pain up. But I don't have to. Having group therapy has made things easier. Having that support from people that deal with the same things as me and knowing I’m not alone in the world has been amazing. If you put in the work, I strongly believe you can achieve so many new things. You'll be able to be the real you. Because of Charlie Health, I now know that I am worthy.
