Charlie Health has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I knew I was struggling and needed help, but I didn't think there was a place for me to obtain the support I needed. I was hesitant about starting the program, but I quickly saw how beneficial it was for others and became more comfortable with opening up about difficult topics. When I started the program I had a lot of resentment regarding my upbringing and the trauma I had to endure as a child and teenager. Since being able to process and learn skills, I have been able to start letting go and healing through my trauma. My relationship with my wife has improved so much and we are no longer considering ending our relationship. I can accurately express my thoughts and feelings much better than before. Charlie Health has given me a better outlook on myself and life while providing me with tools to continue on my healing journey and one day become the person I never thought I could be.
