When I started CH, it was week 8 and I was lost. I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed help and I couldn't survive without it. Charlie Health introduced me to a group of people who are now my family, and I know we will always be connected. Because of that, I grew through the groups, learning coping mechanisms, breathing exercises, and even EMDR! This has brought me out of myself and helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
