I knew that I needed therapy, but I didn't really know where to start. When my doctor referred me to Charlie Health, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was hopeful it would help. And help it did! While its focus isn't on any specialty and more on generally coping with life and relationships, I needed that groundwork to help me heal further. I feel much more balanced and grounded than before being part of CH. It may seem like a lot to do each week (and sometimes it is), but having that kind of atmosphere and routine for this program is so important and worth it.
