In their words
What our families & alumni are saying
I was overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts and felt lost, alone, and hopeless. I reached out for help, seeking professional support (from Charlie Health). There, I discovered coping mechanisms and learned self-compassion, self-care, and boundaries. I also found purpose through helping others and am now dedicated to mental health advocacy.
—Maria Herrera
“Charlie Health nurtured me into a stable state promptly.”
Before I started getting help for my anxiety and depression, I felt that there was nothing that would help. Therapy hadn’t worked for me, and the medications I was prescribed were not helping. Charlie Health nurtured me into a stable state promptly, and I greatly appreciate them for it.
—Kellen G.
“Charlie Health taught me the tools and showed me the light at the end of the tunnel.”
Charlie Health has made a huge impact on my life. If you are struggling, know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! Charlie Health taught me the tools and showed me the light at the end of the tunnel. I am finally feeling good again and like myself.
