I came to Charlie Health in July of 2024 after my first-ever panic attack. The process was a bit bumpy on the insurance end to get started in group, but it was rectified quickly. I was very hesitant to receive mental health treatment and against taking medication as all of this was very new to me. Charlie Health makes you feel welcomed and individualizes each treatment plan to allow you to "graduate" with the skills and tools you need to succeed upon exiting the program. They allow you to explore your emotions and behavioral health and help guide you to a path of least resistance in your recovery.
