“I have found myself again, my personality is back and shining brighter than ever”

I have never been one to do therapy because I had never tried it. I came to Charlie Health because I felt like I was drowning. I was being held under and could not come up for air. What brought me to Charlie Health was the trauma I experienced during my daughter’s birth. I came into Charlie Health not thinking I could get out of the hole I was in. But through the weeks and the skills, I was taught how to manage and cope with my diagnosis and learn how to set goals and crush them!! I have gone above and beyond my expectations and am now ready to start my next chapter of this journey of mental health. As a previous non-believer or action taker on my mental health, I can truly say that Charlie Health and its program taught me skills I knew I had but reminded me how to use them. It has shown me that it will always be a journey; there will be good times and bad times, it’s how you choose to navigate through the times and the journey. Every day is a new day, and every day, I can choose to do better for myself and my family! This journey does not end here! It will continue to be the way I live. I now can accept that some days just might be harder than others, and that’s okay!! I am teaching myself and my children how to better understand life and why we are here! I will continue to search within myself to find my purpose in this lifetime now. This is only just the beginning. I have so much more to do and see!! I am meant for way more than just this. I am changing many generations of patterns, and doing it the best I know how to, while being guided a little along the way. I have had multiple “awakenings” through the years, I just didn’t know what they were then… but now I am back on the right path and ready to soar! I have found myself again, my personality is back and shining brighter than ever. I have a newfound love for my family and my adventures that are going to come because of the growth and healing I have done! This is your reminder that you can do anything as long as you put in the work, and continue to put in the work!!
