How we work with CDPHP in New York

I grew up fearing disappointment or failing to meet expectations. I then lived out my high school years feeling like I might disturb others in my classes and more. I feared being ostracized and forgotten, whether intentional or not. I didn’t want to disappoint anyone and I felt I needed to prove myself to them. But because of the unconditional support within this program and from those I've since learned to grow close to and love (like my friends and family), I question myself less. So believe me, you are not alone in questioning yourself. I hope people take the time for this program and speak their emotions out. May it be traumatic, depressing, painful, or confusing... whatever you are dealing with, know it’s okay to feel such feelings.
