I entered Charlie Health after I was inpatient at a psychiatric hospital for 8 days. I had thoughts of hurting myself and wanting my life to simply end. At first in Charlie Health, I was closed off and didn’t want to be there. Then I started to open up and I was very much satisfied with how kindly I was treated. I felt at home. I started talking a lot more with the people that were in my group and felt instantly connected with everyone.
