Our program is designed to meet young people where they are, help them understand what they’re going through, and teach them new ways to deal with the challenges they’re facing.

Peer connection

Teens are grouped by age and common experience—so they’re more comfortable opening up.

Family involvement

Teens and caregivers have sessions together—so healing and growth continue at home.

Flexible scheduling

We offer morning and evening sessions—so treatment won’t interfere with school and other commitments.

Structured treatment that’s built for real life

Psych Check-in*

If medication is part of your treatment, your Psychiatrist will check in regularly to understand how it’s working and make changes when you need them.

Individual Therapy

A time to talk openly about how things are going, what’s happening under the surface, and what “getting better” means for you, with someone who listens and knows how to help.
