Which patients should
you refer to Charlie Health?

Charlie Health treats high-acuity kids, teens, and adults ages 8–64 who need more support than weekly outpatient therapy, individual counseling, or MAT alone can provide, but don’t require 24/7 stabilization.

Patients who no longer require 24/7 stabilization but still need intensive support, including those with:

  • Severe depression or sadness
  • Trauma or PTSD
  • Persistent anxiety
  • Withdrawal from friends, family, or work
  • Mood dysregulation
  • Recent self-harm or thoughts of suicide
  • Co-occurring conditions
  • + more

If someone is in crisis, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Call 911 for immediate danger.
