Charlie Health’s virtual IOP is built for kids, teens, and adults ages 8–64 who need more than weekly therapy but don’t require hospitalization.
Someone stable enough to receive care at home and experiencing:
- Intense anger, irritability, or sudden changes in behavior or mood
- Persistent sadness or anxiety
- Withdrawal from friends, family, or work
- Trauma or PTSD
- Recent self-harm or thoughts of suicide

We handle everything else.
After you refer someone, they’re immediately in our care. We’ll help them get the support they need — including connecting them with a trusted provider if IOP-level care isn’t the right fit.

Contact your Charlie Health rep directly to verify coverage and walk through next steps. If you don’t have a rep, fill out our referral form or call us directly, and we’ll take it from there.

Treatment
Track treatment progress with required updates and documentation — including attendance and participation, drug and alcohol screening, FMLA, and short-term disability.

Discharge
Receive a discharge summary and return-to-work documentation when treatment ends.
