to Charlie Health?
Charlie Health’s virtual behavioral health program is built for kids, teens, and adults ages 8–64 who need intensive support but are stable enough to receive care from home.
Someone who is stable enough to receive care at home and is:
- Struggling with debilitating sadness, anxiety, or mood instability
- Withdrawing from friends, family, or activities
- Living with PTSD or the lasting effects of military sexual trauma
- Facing an eating disorder or other co-occurring condition
- Experiencing recent self-harm or thoughts of suicide

After you refer someone, you can trust they’re in our care. We help coordinate scheduling and the documentation your command requires.

Referral
Submit a referral through our secure online form or by calling our Admissions Team at (986) 206-0414. Note: for Active Duty Service Members (ADSM), the referral must come from a behavioral health provider or primary care manager (PCM).

Treatment
Receive clinical updates as required, with additional progress updates available on request.

Discharge
Receive a discharge summary at treatment completion. For clients referred from a military treatment facility (MTF), discharge is coordinated back to the referring command or outpatient provider.
