Charlie Health’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) runs entirely online. Each week includes 10+ hours of care, typically across three days: small group sessions with a consistent peer group, a one-on-one session with a primary therapist, and family therapy when it fits into your care plan. You join every session from home over secure video, so you can keep up with school, work and family.
Virtual intensive outpatient
programming
10+ hours of structured care each week — delivered virtually so treatment fits into your life, instead of putting it on pause.
A middle ground
What is an IOP?
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a level of behavioral healthcare that provides 10+ hours of care each week, typically across three days. Sitting between once-weekly therapy and residential treatment, IOP lets you keep up with school, work, and family life. Charlie Health delivers this level of care virtually — offering group sessions, individual therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric care from the comfort of your home.
How your care comes together
