Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a level of behavioral healthcare that is typically more structured and intensive than traditional weekly therapy.

I grew up fearing disappointment or failing to meet expectations. I then lived out my high school years feeling like I might disturb others in my classes and more. I feared being ostracized and forgotten, whether intentional or not. I didn’t want to disappoint anyone and I felt I needed to prove myself to them. But because of the unconditional support within this program and from those I've since learned to grow close to and love (like my friends and family), I question myself less.
