Online therapy in Omaha

What is IOP?
Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a level of behavioral healthcare that is typically more structured and intensive than traditional weekly therapy.
The goal of IOP is to provide individuals with the support and treatment they need to manage their mental health issues and achieve lasting recovery, while still allowing them to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities.
Curated groups
By bringing people with similar mental health challenges together, we’re able to create group environments where clients can learn how to build connections and foster long-term healing.
Individual therapy
One-on-one connections are critical to the IOP model, which is why each client’s unique treatment plan includes a primary therapist for weekly individual sessions.
Family therapy
The #1 predictor of success in IOP is family involvement. Our virtual intensive outpatient program’s family therapy component teaches communication and coping skills to create a more supportive home environment both during and after treatment.
Who is IOP for?
People with ongoing mental health issues or in a mental health crisis
IOP is designed for individuals who need more treatment and support than can be provided through once-weekly therapy, but who do not require the level of care provided through residential or inpatient treatment.

What our clients say
“My primary therapist was amazing.”
"Charlie Health was a great experience. The groups provided a safe space for me to talk about my issues and they always set me up with people that were struggling with the same things as me, allowing us to develop a natural rapport. The group facilitators did a great job understanding our feelings and guiding us through the topics, clearing up any confusions we had, as well as being open to new ideas from our own experiences as well. At no time did I feel judged or pressured. My primary therapist was amazing; she was kind and smart, and she every week should would challenge me to see my mental health from a different perspective. She helped with a lot of methods to tackle my anxiety, and I will always remember the lessons and conversations we had. "

“I am still alive because of Charlie Health.”
I didn't realize how bad I was struggling with my mental health until I joined the Charlie Health program and realized how similar yet distinct my story was to others. Mental Health feels like something that drags you down a lot of the time but with the people from Charlie Health and the support from group therapy, I learned how to better communicate and realized how much I was holding inside and that is how I knew I had found the right place. I can honestly say that although I am not completely done with my mental health journey, I am still alive because of Charlie Health and feel like life is a lot more worth living.

“I feel much lighter than I did before.”
My mental health has been a weight for a while. At first, it felt like no one took me seriously. Sometimes it still does, but since seeking treatment, I feel much lighter than I did before. Charlie Health has helped me find wonderful friends and provided me with kind, wise people who listen to my problems and provide great feedback and advice. I enjoyed my time getting to know fellow group members and I feel a lot happier.
