What is IOP?
Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a level of behavioral healthcare that is typically more structured and intensive than traditional weekly therapy.
The goal of IOP is to provide individuals with the support and treatment they need to manage their mental health issues and achieve lasting recovery, while still allowing them to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities.
Curated groups
By bringing people with similar mental health challenges together, we’re able to create group environments where clients can learn how to build connections and foster long-term healing.
Individual therapy
One-on-one connections are critical to the IOP model, which is why each client’s unique treatment plan includes a primary therapist for weekly individual sessions.
Family therapy
The #1 predictor of success in IOP is family involvement. Our virtual intensive outpatient program’s family therapy component teaches communication and coping skills to create a more supportive home environment both during and after treatment.
Who is IOP for?
People with ongoing mental health issues or in a mental health crisis
IOP is designed for individuals who need more treatment and support than can be provided through once-weekly therapy, but who do not require the level of care provided through residential or inpatient treatment.

What our clients say
“I have learned to love myself and give myself grace.”
When I first started Charlie Health, I suffered from severe depression, anxiety, alcohol abuse, and social anxiety. Charlie Health taught me great things to keep me on track in my recovery journey. I now have the tools and skills to make positive changes in my life! I have learned to love myself and give myself grace!! Also, the group sessions helped tremendously in dealing with my social anxiety. I now feel more comfortable communicating with others without substances! Thank you all for everything you do.

When I started Charlie Health, I was in crisis and not in a good place. Through individual therapy groups and family sessions, I got to a place where I could advocate for myself and stand up. I am still a work in progress, but I am in a place where I can stand on my own two feet.

“ I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone struggling with anything in daily life or needing support for any issues.”
I have been struggling with my mental health issues for 20+ years with no luck from counseling and therapists. It took finding the right program that I truly needed to help overcome my problems such as my endless years of trauma, depression, BPD, and much more. This program helped me in more ways than one. And I couldn't be any happier and more grateful for their help and support. They helped me to heal and realize things I never did before. I could actually see myself improving and healing for the first time in my life. This program and its people saved me and my life more than once. I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone struggling with anything in daily life or needing support for any issues including mental and physical. Thank you so much Charlie health you're my savior.
