Sarah Hinson (she/her) is a queer writer with ADHD who believes stories have the power to connect, inspire, and heal. Her work for Charlie Health focuses on emerging trends and research in youth mental health. She lives in North Carolina with her partner, two cats, and blue heeler pup. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her taking a walk, writing fiction, streaming on Twitch, or practicing hatha yoga (and trying not to fall over).
