Rebecca Holland has worked in psychiatry for a decade and currently works as a Charlie Health Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Before Charlie Health, she ran a substance use disorder (SUD) specialty program. She also worked with community-based group homes for individuals with mental health concerns transitioning from long-term incarceration and with assertive community treatment (ACT) teams, providing care to those with severe persistent mental illnesses, including the homeless population. At Charlie Health, Rebecca feels empowered to provide evidence-based psychopharmacologic treatment in a warm and personable evaluation—building trust and creating an engaging psychiatric experience for young people.
