FY 2025 Annual Outcomes Report
In 2025, Charlie Health grew, and so did our impact. We expanded care to ages 8 to 64, launched a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Program, and broadened access across insurance plans, underserved communities, and new states.
Even with this growth, outcomes remained strong. Clients experienced meaningful reductions in anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation and substance use, demonstrating that high-quality, evidence-based care can scale effectively.
In this report, you'll learn:
- The outcomes achieved across ages and conditions
- The impact of our integrated mental health and substance use care
- Our research priorities shaping the future of high-acuity behavioral healthcare
