Charlie Health has always been rooted in a single, unwavering vision: a world without suicide. But as we have grown, so has our understanding of what it takes to achieve that goal. We’ve evolved from a youth-focused provider into a behavioral health solution with specialized programs for kids, teens, and adults — and now our brand is evolving with us.

Our new look and feel reflects the maturity and reliability of the care we provide. Every color, typeface, and image was chosen to communicate three core pillars: clinical credibility, sustainable well-being, and a deep sense of belonging. This isn’t just a new coat of paint; it’s a visual assurance that we are the right place for families in their most critical moments.

Our logo, reimagined 

The Charlie Health shield has always stood for protection and care, but with this refreshed brand, we’ve added a layer of meaning to convey what our programs actually deliver: life-long healing.

The shield no longer belongs solely to Charlie Health as a symbol of the protection we offer; it belongs to clients themselves. They do the difficult work of healing, and when they leave Charlie Health, they take that shield with them. Our care does more than stabilize people; it equips them to take on life’s ongoing challenges. The shield is now the visual proof of that sustainable transformation: something durable, deeply earned, and our clients’ to keep for life.

Credible and calming colors

Our primary color is still navy, a color that feels sophisticated without being cold. This visual groundedness establishes credibility. When a family finds us in their darkest moments, or a provider considers partnering with us, the weight and depth of the navy offers a silent reassurance: This is serious, and you are in the right place. It signals that behind our digital presence is a high-quality, evidence-based operation that can be trusted.

In our refreshed brand, we built upon our core navy, expanding into a range of deep blues, mossy greens, and warm neutrals that all evoke a feeling of calm and groundedness. This color palette is visible in our webpages and imagery alike. Together, these hues create a visual environment that reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and sustainable well-being.

Grounded imagery

We’re moving away from illustrations and doubling down on photographs of real people of all ages and backgrounds, who best represent the clients we serve. Because our clients all heal at home, our updated visuals capture candid moments of real-life connection: families gathered around the kitchen table, people talking to each other on the couch, or individuals caught in a moment of reflection. These real-life images also highlight how recovery isn’t a destination, but a practice integrated into everyday life.
