Alyssa Miller-Nur, LCSW

Alyssa Miller-Nur, LCSW, is a Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health. With over a decade of clinical experience, Alyssa specializes in trauma-informed care and has a strong background in supervising therapists, leading teams, and working with a diverse population of adolescents, young adults, and families. Before joining Charlie Health, Alyssa held several key positions, most recently as a Clinical Program Manager at Hillsides, where she worked in both residential and outpatient services. Her earlier experience includes clinical therapy roles at Silverlake Psychology and L.A. Child Guidance Clinic.
Alyssa holds a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from New York University Silver School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Work from Skidmore College, with a minor in Spanish. Throughout her career, Alyssa has expanded her knowledge and skills, earning certifications in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and other evidence-based practices. She is also a certified trainer in Risking Connections and Restorative Approach, a facilitator for Aggression Replacement Training (A.R.T.), and has volunteered extensively with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Special Olympics Southern California.
