Heather Olney, LCSW, LMSW

Clinical Supervisor

Heather Gray Olney, LCSW, is a compassionate and highly skilled social worker with extensive experience in therapeutic practices, crisis management, and community resources. She is currently a Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health, where she manages and trains clinicians while ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. As an active reservist in the U.S. Army and a licensed social worker, she combines a deep understanding of military culture with a strong commitment to the well-being of her clients.

Heather holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Children and Families and a sub-concentration in Military Social Work and Veteran Services. Heather is also well-versed in the use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR. She has proven success in both civilian and military environments, having worked across a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, hospice care, medical social work, and residential treatment. Heather has developed and led teams of social workers, supervised clinical staff, and helped design and implement therapeutic programs tailored to meet the unique needs of Veterans, active duty military, and other vulnerable populations.
