"I first heard about Charlie Health when my younger sister was going through a crisis. I was astonished to hear about a virtual IOP that was not only nationwide, but really putting in the work to get state healthcare approval as well. I figured if the program was quality, that it could have a tremendous impact on the lack of accessible mental health care in America. A few months later, I found myself in crisis, the lowest I had ever been. It felt like it was meant to be. The admissions team made me feel safe and cared for almost immediately. I can't thank them enough. Through my time here, I have had countless things come up where my mental health could have taken a nosedive. But I have been able to stay out of crisis to the aid of my peers and their support. I can't thank Charlie Health enough for the fantastic work that goes into putting everyone in relevant groups. I even met another person who has narcolepsy, a very rare sleep disorder. It was effortless to connect with my group mates. We always made sure to help each other up when someone was down, because we knew that it was just a matter of time before it was one of us. My assigned therapist has allowed me to turn my life around. I have never felt so seen and understood by a professional, I can tell she actually cares. I'm looking forward to continuing working with her moving forward. I can't recommend Charlie Health enough.
