My experience at Charlie Health was incredible. My individual therapist was pivotal in my healing journey as she helped me to understand my emotions and work through not only my traumas, but also deal with my anxiety. Charlie Health’s experience helped to learn that these feelings, such as depression and anxiety, are a part of me, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. I can control them and cope with them and live on with them, and most of all, study them and understand them. Groups were also delightful. I got to meet such a wonderful breadth of beautiful individuals whom I could listen to in their own healing journeys. Although it was quite intensive, it was positive overall. Charlie Health was an extremely great experience. It can be a long process, but in the end, it's worth it.
