Charlie Health is an amazing program with services that do NOT disappoint. They have wonderful group facilitators who understand the needs of the group in order to get the session flowing instead of just sitting in awkward silence. The program enables individuality and autonomy and always ensures that the patient's needs are met, be it financial or mental. I loved the consistency of the program and how easily accessible your mental health information is from one branch of the service to another. Charlie Health allowed me to feel supported and heard when I hadn't before in my daily life. This program made me realize that I am so much stronger than everyone made me out to be and that I can do so much more if I just put myself first. I was allowed to see my importance in the world and help others with the advice I wish I had when I was in their situation. I will be forever grateful that I got to take part in the Charlie Health program.
