I came to Charlie Health because I was struggling with every aspect of my life. I was hesitant to start therapy through Charlie Health initially due to the virtual aspect; however, that hesitancy quickly disappeared when I started my first group session. My group sessions, individual therapy sessions, and psychiatry sessions have been so supportive and have provided me with many resources, tools, and perspectives that I will carry with me on my ongoing mental health healing journey. I feel like I can take care of myself, be more genuine, emotionally regulate myself, and better interact with and communicate my needs to others. As a bonus, the award/unicorn points I received through attendance and participation in this program enabled me to get an art therapy exercises book and a beautiful journal. It is bittersweet to be finished with Charlie Health, and I am really looking forward to alumni groups for continued support.
