Anastasia Theisen, MS, LMFT, is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. Currently serving as Senior Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health, Anastasia manages a team of over 15 therapists while ensuring high-quality care in an intensive outpatient setting. She is also an experienced private practice clinician, providing therapy to clients across multiple states. Anastasia has led numerous presentations on mental health topics such as PTSD in first responders, virtual mental health care post-COVID, and eating disorder recovery.
Anastasia holds a Master of Science in Applied Family & Child Studies with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. She is well-versed in systemic theories, including Bowen Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, and Attachment Theory, and has a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Anastasia is licensed in multiple states and has received extensive professional development, including certifications in Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing, among others.
