This was a LONG journey. It was well worth it. When I initially checked into rehab I did not feel I had an issue. After being released from rehab and joining Charlie Health I was a bit standoffish and eventually opened up. I learned a lot from my classmates. The only advice that I can give is to open up and if you are comfortable, make connections and keep in contact. Everyone needs a support system and you never know who you can relate to.
