Charlie Health has been great. I was very skeptical at first and concerned about the amount of time I had to put into it, but it was completely worth it! Charlie Health gave me the skills to help myself when I am feeling down and my group members were so supportive -- especially once I found the right group; I will miss them all dearly. I found a great support system in Charlie Health and feel much better than I did when I first started. I endured a lot of big changes in my household that I could not handle, so my outside therapist recommended I try Charlie Health, and I'm glad she did. Feeling so alone and hopeless, I didn't know what to do, but as I progressed at Charlie Health, I learned coping skills and ways to turn my negative thoughts around. I see a difference in myself, my therapist sees a difference in me, and my family sees a difference, too. Charlie Health is a great program; if you keep an open mind and are willing to try, you will feel better every day. Of course, everyone has rough days, which is normal, but Charlie Health gives you the skills to cope with and handle those emotions. I cannot recommend it enough. Give it a try; if it doesn't work for you, you can always discharge. Just always remember to keep an open mind.
