I was really struggling with a lot of things before I came to Charlie Health. I came here feeling iffy about it. I didn't want to talk about the things going on, but after the first week or two I started opening up to my group members and facilitators, and I'm so glad I did. I'm a mom to 3 beautiful babies and was struggling with addiction and being able to handle things. Being a mom is hard and I didn't know how to deal with my emotions in a healthy way. I'm learning new things everyday -- being able to deal with life on life's terms. I'll be 100 days into my sobriety as of tomorrow and feel more confident in what I'm doing everyday. I'm making strides and have everybody in Charlie Health to thank for helping me through the past few months. Charlie Health works if you want to get better and put in the work!
