Chad C. Sanchez is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor with nearly two decades of experience in mental healthcare, specializing in serious mental illness, trauma-informed therapy, substance use treatment, and crisis intervention. As a Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health, Chad provides clinical and administrative oversight while delivering individual, family, and group sessions in an intensive outpatient setting. He is dedicated to ensuring high-quality care, fostering professional growth among clinicians, and supporting clients on their path to stability and healing.
Chad has worked across various clinical settings, including outpatient therapy, residential treatment, and crisis intervention programs. Before joining Charlie Health, he served as a Clinical Coordinator at Child & Family Support Services, where he led therapeutic teams and provided direct counseling to children, adolescents, and families. He has also worked in substance use treatment programs and transitional living facilities, offering specialized care to at-risk youth and individuals facing complex mental health challenges. Chad holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University and is licensed to practice in multiple states, including Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
