Tracye Valentine, LCPC, LPC, LPC-MHSP, PC

Tracye Freeman Valentine, LPC-MHSP, NCC, CCMHC, is a seasoned provider and Senior Clinical Leader. As the Senior Clinical Supervisor – South at Charlie Health, she oversees clinicians, facilitates training, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she serves as an outreach and marketing contributor, authoring peer-reviewed content and training materials for provider education, and as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead, spearheading initiatives to promote health equity and reduce bias in service populations.

Tracye holds a Master of Science (MS) in Education/Counseling – Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She is licensed in multiple states and holds national certifications as a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). With specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma therapy, expressive arts therapy, and conflict resolution, Tracye is dedicated to fostering inclusive, high-quality mental health care. An active leader in the field, she serves on the American Counseling Association’s Professional Standards Committee and contributes as a Subject Matter Expert for the National Board for Certified Counselors.
